Bovis Homes, in conjunction with David Wilson Homes North Midlands are proposing to develop a residential led, mixed-use scheme at Melton Road, Edwalton, within the Nottingham Borough of Rushcliffe.
The proposed urban extension covers a total area of 62 hectares.
A fully accessible community park will be created from an additional 33 hectares.
The Melton Road Urban Extension will help deliver national and regional housing targets as well as providing a high quality and vibrant sustainable urban extension.
A planning application for the development at Melton Road, Edwalton has now been submitted. This application can be viewed on the Rushcliffe Borough Council website.
